“Mike is a fantastic realtor, so fantastic that he is now our forever realtor! Purchasing your first home is intimidating and confusing, but Mike communicated with us every step of the way. We always knew what was going on, even if it was just an update to say he didn't have an update. He was patient with our many questions making sure we understood and felt confident that we were making the best decision for our family. Mike's sole agenda was to help us purchase the home that was right for our family, not to just make a sale. Even when we were trying to convince ourselves we could settle or fix a tiny kitchen, he gently reminded us that we could keep looking! Most of all, Mike was flexible and timely during a super competitive market during a pandemic, which meant that all viewings had to be scheduled. He worked hard to make sure we were able to see all the houses we liked, within our busy work calendars. Mike's professionalism got us through the crazy journey into the perfect home for our family. In fact, the very first listing we fell in love with, had a deadline of 5:00 pm for offers that same day. "I had lots of doubts and questions about buying my first house. So when it came to deciding on a realtor who would help me, I definitely wanted someone who wouldn’t be so pushy about making the sale, but take their time and educate me as well. When I first talked with Mike, he helped me realize that’s normal and begun laying out the process in a way I could easily understand. Mike is a very customer-focused agent and through the entire process he answered all my questions and kept me well informed. I had a pretty strict budget and he had no problem finding properties in my range and in the areas I was looking in.
